Crystal Tree Homeowners Association

Security, Beauty, Serenity.  These are the hallmarks of the Crystal Tree lifestyle.  We have managed the Crystal tree property since 1988.  For over 25 years, Schrank & Associates has been instrumental in the development and implementation of short and long term goals for the Association.

From award winning flower planting programs, beautification of common areas, and newsletter for consistent communication of community news, to drafting and implementing a post order manual for the operation of security guard services.  Our mission is to assist our clients beyond industry standard levels of service and operation to protect the value of our client's investment.

Ruffled Feathers Property Owners Association

In May of 1988 Schrank & Associates was chosen to manage Ruffled Feathers.  At this time the two developers had been involved with the property previously.  The common areas had not been completed, the association had a substantial financial deficit, and many residents were delinquent in their assessments.

Over the past 17 years, with the cooperative effort of the Board of Directors, Ruffled Feathers residents, and guidance from the managing agent, the association has made great strides in completing unfinished common areas, eliminating its deficit and building substantial reserves for replacement, making Ruffled Feathers on of the most desired places to live in the Southwest suburbs.
