President/Director of Managing Operations – Schrank and Associates Inc. – 1988-Present

Instrumental in the development of Eugene Terrace in Lincoln Park. A 500 unit, 45 story luxury high rise rental property. Responsibilities included the design of marketing and advertising programs, interior design of appointments in halls, models and signage, hiring and training of all marketing, management, maintenance and security personnel. Development and implementation of a concierge program, design and implementation of all operating procedures.

Specialization in the management of common interest communities, homeowners associations, condominium associations, and commercial properties. 

Currently manage over 60 properties in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. 

 

Vice President/Director of Management Operations-Camco Management/Capital Associates Development Company – 1983-1988

Development and management of over 6,000 units in Chicago, surrounding suburbs and nationally. Supervision of 253 employees in all capacities of management and development.

 

Vice President/Director of Management Operations -Burnham Companies/ A division of Helene Curtis Industries – 1974-1983

Development and management of 15 properties in the Chicago Metropolitan area which included 3,500 residential units and over 200,000 sq. ft. of office and commercial real estate. Responsibilities included hiring, training and supervising of administrative, management and maintenance staff. Development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures for both the operations of the properties and the management company, budgeting, financial analysis of operations, market analysis and feasibility of new developments.

Director of Property Management Services – Heil, Heil, Smart & Golee Inc. -1969-1974

Supervised the management of all commercial and residential income properties in the company portfolio totaling approximately 1,500 units.
